Same Stuff, Different Day

It's been a month since I've lost any weight. I'm plateaued and depressed. Really don't have anything to say this week.


  1. Don't be so hard on yourself. The stress you are putting on yourself is probably worse for your health than your weight. Take one day at a time and don't worry the weight. You will achieve your goals. Look at the bright side. As long as you are trying to lose weight, you will not be gaining as much weight as you would be if you were not trying to lose. You should be proud of yourself for losing 96 pounds.
