Just wanted to let you know I think this is a great list and I'm really pulling for you.
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite rationales for not overeating (and trust me, it certainly doesn't work all the time, but if I'm batting 51%, I figure I'm ahead of the curve) is that the great white psychologist (aka the fridge or the pantry--mine are both white, yours may be black or nickel or stainless or whatever) does not have a degree and has never yet solved one of my problems or even helped me solve one of my problems.
