I h...Congrats on the weigh in. That's awsome!<br /><br />I hope your Husband finds work soon. I am also unemployed, it's tough and I hate it. Do as much as you can moving around your house. It ALL counts and it will build your strength!<br /><br />I have formulated my plan for the Turkey Day! Have you? I will NOT be making my trigger food...stuffing. Turkey and defatted gravy is low calorie. I like gravy over chopped broccoli! LOL I loved it even before eating lower carb. DO well and have a great weigh in!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
