I weigh in on a metabolic scale at the doctor's office which determines how much of my weight is fat versus muscle. According the calculations, I need 3000 calories a day to maintain my weight. If you're calories are correct, maybe it's just another plateau that will break eventually. And plateaus are completely normal. I also think there's a lot to be said just for eating reasonably and not gaining weight.
